Dr Berger is a graduate of the Hebrew university and Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem. He was trained in Plastic Surgery at Rambam Med center in Haifa and passed Board exams in 1991.

Further training included fellowships in USA, South Africa, France and Belgium. Presently Dr 

Berger is on the staff of Rambam teaching hospital,Former head of the Plastic Surgery Unit Poriya Hospital at 2014 (as Chief of Plastic Surgery), Horev Medical center and Elisha hospital.
